Join Ann-Marie Mainprize for an indulgent yoga and wellness workshop to relax your body and restore you mind. Ann-Marie will guide you through a restorative yoga therapy practice, pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Meditation and Yoga Nidra Relaxation.
The techniques will focus on promoting tension release from your neck and shoulders, creating space within your spine and mobility within your joints. The slow pace of the practice combined with Breathing techniques, meditation and Yoga Nidra will focus on relaxing your mind and body, soothing your stress, help to focus your mind and calm your nervous system to reduce anxiety.
Investment of £40 includes refreshments and Ayurveda tea and a wellness gift bag including an eye pillow and essential oil.
