Join Ann-Marie Mainprize for an indulgent yoga and wellness day retreat to relax your body and restore your mind. Ann-Marie will guide you through a yoga therapy practice combined with restorative yoga techniques, pranayama (Breathing Techniques), Meditation and Yoga Nidra Relaxation.
The techniques will focus on promoting tension release from your neck and shoulders, creating space within your spine and mobility within your joints. The slow pace of the practice combined with Breathing techniques, meditation and Yoga Nidra will focus on relaxing your mind and body, soothing your stress, help to focus your mind and calm your nervous system to reduce anxiety.
This day is perfect if you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed by the pressures in life to allow you space to breath, create stillness, relax and restore yourself.
